Adam

Background

Adam began his law enforcement career in 2010 after playing collegiate football. He started his career in Patrol before serving in a variety of specialized assignments, including the Tactical Unit, Criminal Investigations, Intelligence Unit—where he was assigned to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF)—and Special Investigations. Throughout these assignments, he attended numerous advanced training courses while gaining extensive operational experience across a wide range of law enforcement disciplines.

Adam currently serves as a Lieutenant and Assistant SWAT Commander. During his time on the SWAT team, he has served in multiple roles, including Team Trainer, Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and Energetic Breacher. These assignments have provided him with extensive experience in tactical operations, team leadership, training development, close-quarters battle, and breaching operations.

In addition to his agency responsibilities, Adam serves as a Regional Representative and Instructor for the Florida SWAT Association, specializing in Close Quarters Battle (CQB) and breaching. He is passionate about advancing tactical training, developing officers and teams, and sharing lessons gained through training and operational experience.
