The Precision Project
Please pay close attention to the required equipment list before attending. The Precision Project requires specific equipment to ensure students can fully participate in all training and successfully engage targets throughout the course.

Course summary
The Precision Project is designed to develop confident, consistent precision marksmanship from 50 to 800 yards, with opportunities to extend to 1,000 yards when conditions allow. Students will work through rifle setup, zeroing, ballistic data, marksmanship fundamentals, positional shooting, wind calls, target engagement, and repeatable shot execution while developing the skills needed to effectively solve problems at distance.
Required Equipment
• Precision Rifle, capable of shooting 1 MOA groups
• Rifle scope with MOA or MIL reticle subtensions and adjustments (elevation & windage) first or second focal plan is acceptable
• Approximately 300 rounds of match grade ammunition
• Bipod
• Rifle sling
• Rear bag/ Shooting Bag
• Data book (Pen & Notepad)
• Shooting mat
•Hat or other garment that you can drape over your head and ocular lens while shooting
• Clothing for all types of weather, we will shoot in the rain!
• Electronic hearing protection
• Lunch, snacks & hydration
(No food will be provided)
Not mandatory, but it would be nice to have:
•Rangefinder
•High-powered binoculars or spotting scope
•Kestrel or atmospheric data gathering source
•Bubble level on scope or rifle
•Chair
