CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Course Registration
All course registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Course spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available if cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled course start time
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable
3. Transfers
Students may transfer their registration to another course one time only, provided the request is made prior to the scheduled course date
Students may transfer their slot to another qualified individual who meets all course prerequisites
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. No refunds or transfers will be issued for no-shows.
5. Late Arrivals
Students must be present for all safety briefings at the start of the course.
Participants who miss mandatory safety briefings may:
Be denied participation
Be allowed to observe only
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
6. Course Cancellations by Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC
Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a course is canceled by Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC, participants will be offered:
A rescheduled date
Course credit
Or a full refund
7. Additional Costs
Some courses may include additional range or venue fees. These will be communicated prior to registration and are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC.
8. Agreement
By registering for any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
