3. Course Registration & Payment

  • Payment is required to secure a spot in any course

  • Course pricing may vary depending on group size and event type

  • All spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis

4. Participation Requirements

To attend training, participants must:

  • Be legally allowed to possess firearms

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

  • Have a strong foundation in safe firearm handling

Failure to meet these standards will result in removal without refund.

5. SAFETY & CONDUCT

All participants must follow instructor commands and adhere to all safety rules at all times.

There is zero tolerance for unsafe firearm handling. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that I have voluntarily applied to enter onto and/or engage in shooting and related activities with Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC.

I UNDERSTAND that firearms training and shooting activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury

  • Permanent disability

  • Loss of eyesight or hearing

  • Paralysis

  • Death

Risks also include:

  • Being struck by bullets, fragments, or debris

  • Exposure to lead, gunpowder, cleaning chemicals, and other contaminants

  • Equipment malfunction

  • Environmental hazards

I understand these risks cannot be eliminated and I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

7. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

IN EXCHANGE FOR PARTICIPATION, I AGREE:

To RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC, Marc Pezzella, instructors, staff, affiliates, partners, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, damage, or death.

This includes claims arising from NEGLIGENCE to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the above parties for any claims arising from participation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and defend Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • My actions

  • My negligence

  • The actions of any guest I bring

9. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

I accept full responsibility for any guest I bring to training.

I agree that all guests must read and sign this agreement prior to participation.

10. NO DUTY TO RESCUE

I acknowledge that Advanced Defensive Concepts LLC and its staff have no obligation to provide medical assistance or rescue services.

Any assistance provided is voluntary and may not prevent or reduce injury.

11. EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER

I acknowledge that no warranties are made regarding:

  • Firearms

  • Ammunition

  • Safety equipment

  • Range facilities

All equipment is used at my own risk.

12. MEDIA RELEASE

I understand that photography and video recording may occur during training.

I grant permission for my image to be used for promotional purposes unless I explicitly opt out.

13. CONTINUING AGREEMENT

I agree that this agreement applies to:

  • All current and future training sessions

  • Every time I attend or participate

14. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.

I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and of my own free will.
