Marc Pezzella is the founder of Advanced Defensive Concepts and a retired SWAT Team Operator and Commander with over 21 years of tactical experience and more than 25 years in law enforcement. Throughout his career, he led and supervised high-risk operations in some of the most demanding environments imaginable. In addition to his operational background, Marc worked with the U.S. Department of State under the Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (A.T.A.P.), supporting tactical and counterterrorism operations. His experience is built on decades of real-world operations and leadership in high-threat environments.
